Customers may currently be experiencing delays with the actioning of any changes made to mail accounts via the control panel including the creation of new mailboxes, mailbox upgrades and password changes. Our engineers are investigating this as a priority and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

At 22:30 hours tonight we will be conducting emergency maintenance to our email platform to try and resolve the problems that customers have experienced over the course of today. The change will take the platform down for approximately 20 mins during which time you will be unable to send or receive email to your inbox. Sitebuilder shares elements with this platform and also be unavailable during the emergency maintenance.
We do not anticipate any loss of email as a result of this work. We appreciate your patience and understanding and are very sorry for any inconvenience this further disruption to our service may cause you or your end users.
